Our Mission

I have been representing the accused for the past 17 years.  I believe that you have a right to experienced and aggressive representation when charged with a crime. Whether you are charged with a Felony or Misdemeanor, it is your life that is on the line. I understand that it is your freedom that is at stake, that you are the one that has to live with any consequences, and it is your future that needs to be fought for and protected.

I always let my clients know that I am going to be honest with them about the situation that they are in. In addition, I let my clients know that I will be committed to being respectful and compassionate in my conversations with them, and to carry that commitment into conversations and in negotiation with the prosecutor's office. I believe that because of that attitude of integrity and straightforward approach, I am more often than not able to persuade the prosecutor to be fair in their recommendations.

However, not all cases end up being resolved through negotiation, and trial is the natural result. I am not kidding when I tell clients that I have done hundreds of trials. I believe that my strength in trial is being able to identify where the facts don't line up, and identifying successfully the issue of reasonable doubt. But it doesn't end there, because that issue of reasonable doubt needs to be framed in a story that a jury can identify with and believe. My ability to do that is why I have been able to get acquittals for clients in the following types of cases:
